For a one time donation of $20 [or $1.85 per month] you can provide a student at our school with fresh water for a year.
In Haiti you don’t go to your kitchen faucet and turn on the water to get a drink. Access to water is difficult and limited for the people of Balan, Haiti.
Because of a grant we received in April 2015 we were able to build a structure that will house 2-tanks to hold water. Trucks come to our village every month and fill the tanks with water. This water is used for our students to have water during school and for our cooks to prepare the food.
With a $20 donation you can provide a child in our school with an aluminum water bottle and water for a whole year! This is a huge blessing for our students as they previously only got a few sips of water each day after lunch.
